8.Payment and Refund:

The price and any taxes and expenses for the course or services shall be as specified in the Purchase Order. An automated invoice shall be produced by the course or service host to the student following the terms set out in the Purchase Order. The student shall not be responsible for any expenses, charges, or prices other than those set out on the Purchase Order checkout page. The student aware and agreed that he has full responsibility and authority regarding any charges or payments processed during the enrolment checkout page. He completely authorized using any payment methods available in checkout.

Acework .Inc DBA Arcgismastery guaranteed a full refund policy up to 30 days from the purchase transaction date; a student has the right to request a full refund if he did not get or access any of the course features addressed or mentioned on our website.

9. Governing Law:

Any claim relating to the course's website shall be governed by the laws of the website Owner’s home jurisdiction without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
